Shipping and return Policy
A Freight and Refund Policy describe Green Notions business's process, policies and requirements for accepting returns.
Customer pays all freight and handling. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Shipping
Since most of the products are custom made the lead time for product delivery is dependent upon stock levels and availability of parts. Some products are currently in stock and others have a lead time up to six (6) weeks. If there is an urgency to your product delivery please call us directly at +1 407 782 7371 and we will be happy to assist you in whatever way we can.
Return
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- All Returns must be packaged securely to prevent further damage or loss in return transit. *
- Returns are subject to a 15% handling restocking charge unless the return is due to the item being defective or a shipping error by W.R. Pabich Mfg.
- Altered items will not be accepted.
- All returns are to be shipped freight PREPAID. (Shipper pays freight.)
